CLASS SCHEDULES

We offer convenient class schedules that’s made to revolve around your busy work life. We welcome people of any fitness level, size, age, and skill set. Our instructors are here to teach you proper fitness and fighting techniques and we do it with patience and care. We also offer a kids’ MMA class, which focuses on fitness, fun, and discipline. The program is for children of all ages and combines techniques of different forms of martial arts.

All our members are welcome to walk into any of our classes. Each of our classes are made to work you out from head to toe, so try a variety of different classes to see what works best for you!
