Mix Martial Arts (MMA)

As seen on the increasingly popular UFC , MMA is the combination of both the Striking (Muay Thai, Boxing) and Grappling (Submission Grappling/ Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Wrestling) arts to produce the ULTIMATE system of Combat Sport and Self Defense.

The emphasis of this program is teaching the all important TRANSITION between the STRIKING and GRAPPLING ranges of combat. We practice Jui-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, takedowns, submissions, and sparring. Protective gear is mandatory for this class. There are multiple instructors who are more than willing to help you along the way. MMA is also a great way to get in shape, improve your strength, conditioning, and personal saftey skills.
